5th Year Higher Level Christmas Test Prep FREE Online Maths Grind 📅 Wednesday 22nd November | 🕚 11:00am – 12:30pm | 💻 Online Are you feeling unsure about what’s going to be on your Christmas test? Worried your class test results haven’t been what you hoped for so far? Not confident that your algebra skills are strong enough for Higher Level Maths? This 90-minute live online revision lesson is exactly what you need. Designed especially for 5th Year Higher Level Maths students, this session will focus on the algebra skills that are absolutely essential for success in class tests and the final exam. 6th Year students are also warmly invited — it’s a brilliant opportunity to revise core Paper 1 content and get started on mock prep with expert support. These are the topics that come up again and again in the exam, and they form the foundation of the entire course. If you’re shaky on algebra, the rest of the course becomes much more difficult. But if you nail it? Everything else gets easier. 🔍 We’ll practice: • The Binomial Theorem • Algebraic Fractions • Graphing Functions • Logs and Indices 👩🏫 During the lesson, I’ll: ✔ Break down key concepts through clear, exam-focused worked examples ✔ Share exam hints and study tips from my years as a Leaving Cert Higher Level Maths examiner ✔ Model exam technique so students learn how to approach and structure their answers ✔ Give students guided practice time, with real-time feedback on their work using Pear Deck software 💡This lesson will be interactive and engaging, but students will never be put on the spot, and cameras are not required. 📱 To get the most out of the session, students should ideally use a tablet or iPad they can write on.
