What To Expect From
The Maths Exams Expert

Interactive lessons, expert guidance and a supportive environment where students build confidence by actively engaging with the maths.

What Makes These Lessons Different?

Many students begin to struggle in maths not because they lack ability, but because small gaps in understanding are allowed to grow over time. Once those gaps appear, lessons can start to feel overwhelming, confidence can suffer and test results can begin to dip.

Other students may already be doing well but want to stay on track, strengthen their understanding and continue building towards their goals.

My aim is to help students build confidence, develop a deeper understanding of maths and acquire the skills they need to succeed both in the classroom and in exams.

Students don't learn maths by watching somebody else do it. They learn maths by doing it themselves.

Throughout the lesson, students regularly answer questions, ask for help when they need it and engage with the mathematics rather than simply watching somebody else do it. This creates an engaging learning environment where students are actively thinking about the maths because they are doing the maths.

Experience you can trust

Over the past 26 years, I have worked with thousands of students and spent countless hours refining my explanations and learning to recognise the misconceptions that commonly hold students back.

As a Leaving Cert examiner and former Junior Cycle examiner, I understand not only the mathematics itself, but also the mistakes students are most likely to make and the strategies that help them overcome them.

By building strong mathematical foundations, developing effective problem-solving skills and growing in confidence, students often find that school lessons become more manageable, maths becomes more enjoyable and success in tests and exams follows naturally.

What Students Say

Molly

Anita was amazing at giving quick and helpful feedback without making you feel singled-out or less than. The lesson was unique because she was friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Robyn

After trying numerous different forms of grinds and tutoring, none of them matched to Anita's attention to detail and it's obvious she cares deeply for all or her students, taking time with each one individually where necessary. Anita accounts for everyone and she's one of the loveliest people to work with.

Amelia

Anita truly explains everything in simple understandable terms, i really enjoy her classes she keeps it interesting and i would recommend these classes to anyone of any level, she really has made a huge difference to my results
